This contract is entered into by and between the Law Enforcement Academy (hereinafter referred to as “Academy”) and the Recruit (hereinafter referred to as “Trainee”), collectively referred to as the “Parties”.

1. Purpose of Contract The purpose of this contract is to outline the terms and conditions of the Law Enforcement Basic Recruit Training Program in accordance with the laws and regulations governing law enforcement training.
2. Training Program The Academy shall provide the Trainee with a comprehensive basic recruit training program that covers all necessary skills and knowledge required for successful entry into the law enforcement profession.
3. Obligations of Academy The Academy shall be responsible for providing qualified instructors, training materials, and facilities necessary for the successful completion of the training program.
